RETURN and REFUND POLICY
Thank you for placing an order through www.kashmiriafashion.it. We would like to inform you about our return and refund policies and procedures. Please find the details below:.
A. 14-DAY RETURN POLICY
We maintain a 14-day return policy, which allows you 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
B. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kashmiriafashion.it. Qualora la Sua richiesta venga accettata, Le invieremo un modulo di reso, insieme alle istruzioni, su come e dove spedire il pacco. Gli articoli restituiti senza previa richiesta di reso non saranno accolti. Le spese di spedizione per il reso saranno a carico del mittente.
C. DAMAGED AND INCORRECT PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we may assess the issue and rectify it accordingly. To process your product return, please reach out to us via email.
D. EXCHANGES
The most efficient way to obtain the desired item is to return the current item you possess; once your return has been accepted, you may proceed with a separate purchase for the new item.
E. REFUNDS
You will be notified once we have received and inspected your returned item regarding whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will automatically be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Costs
Shipping is free for orders over €49,00 excluding Minor Islands and Remote Areas - please see the list for details
For orders less than €49,00, the shipping fee is €6 excluding Minor Islands and Remote Areas.
The shipping cost to Minor Islands and Remote Areas is €20.
Shipping
Kashmiria Fashion fulfills orders from Corsico (MI), Italy, operating Monday through Friday. BRT courier handles shipping within Italy, reaching all areas except Livigno and Campione d'Italia.
Orders are processed either on the same day they are received or on the next available business day. Any orders made from Friday afternoon to Sunday will be handled on the subsequent Monday. Customers will receive an email from BRT courier that includes a tracking link for their order. Tracking details are shared once the order status is marked as "Completed" on our website.
Delivery
Delivery within Italy usually takes 1–2 working days from the date of shipment.
Please be aware that delivery delays may occur and are beyond Kashmiria Fashion's control.
Attention: BRT courier makes a maximum of two delivery attempts. If the recipient is not available during the second delivery attempt or if the address given is incomplete or inaccurate, rescheduling the delivery will not be possible. Instead, the courier holds the order in the Fermo Desposit Collection Facility. After an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed.
Customers can track their package status with the tracking number provided by BRT courier through email, which includes a direct link to the tracking page. Alternatively, tracking information can be found in the customer's profile on our website.
It is essential to provide a correct email address and phone number when placing an order.
In compliance with trade laws, all shipments from www.kashmiriafashion.it include an official invoice stating the value of each item in Euros. For items on sale, the invoice reflects the discounted prices.
